The Globe Hill Track near Reefton will be opening on Saturday 20th of September at 10am, just in time for the school holidays. Members of the public are invited to walk or cycle up the track, which starts on Rosstown Road.
At the Globe Progress mine site, which is being rehabilitated by Oceana, there will be light refreshments from 10 30am.
There will be commemorative certificate for being one of the first people to travel the full length of the track.
