A concert of traditional Irish music and Robert’s original compositions inspired by the South West of Western Australia, including excerpts from his award-winning album Kiangardarup. Robert and Manuela are known for their unique tone, harmonies, and arrangements. Together, they will take you on a musical journey from Ireland to Australia.
Kiangardarup premiered at the Perth Concert Hall in May 2024, receiving a standing ovation. Robert has received numerous awards for his album Kiangardarup, including three silver medals at the Global Music Awards, a win at the InterContinental Music Awards, Instrumentalist of the Year at the Australian Folk Music Awards, and String player of the Year at the West Australian Music Awards.
